Our client is seeking dedicated Assembly Associates for full-time positions on the 1st shift. Ideal candidates will bring experience in assembly, inspection, and quality assurance to our client's team. Responsibilities of the Assembler I Build and test products under supervision, ensuring compliance with IPC-620 standards. Follow process instructions meticulously to complete operations successfully. Identify parts accurately using part numbers. Utilize hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, cutters, and heat guns, and operate automated wire strip/termination equipment. Apply product labels according to instructions. Adhere to our client's Quality, Efficiency, and Safety Standards. Complete all required corporate training. Comply with
ISO-9001
quality standards. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements of the Assembler I Experience in assembly, quality assurance, and inspection roles. Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or related documents. Demonstrate a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Capability to sit or stand for extended periods, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. Compensation/Benefits for the
Assembler I Salary:
