$22-$24/hour, depending on experience We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler r to support the assembly and testing of small, lightweight thermal management and cooling systems. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components using work instructions, drawings, specifications, and parts lists. Gather required parts, tools, subassemblies, and materials prior to assembly. Position and mechanically fasten parts and subassemblies using basic hand tools. Perform system testing and basic troubleshooting on completed cooling system products. Follow standard assembly and disassembly procedures. Complete basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues or malfunctions. Identify and properly handle irregular or non-conforming materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Requirements Previous electro-mechanical, mechanical assembly, or similar manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to retain standard work procedures. Good written and verbal communication skills. IPC experience is preferred but not required. Previous testing or troubleshooting experience is a plus. This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on assembly experience who is comfortable working with mechanical and electro-mechanical components in a manufacturing environment. #
