Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Line Worker and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will be actively engaged in the assembly process, utilizing mechanical skills and technical proficiency to ensure each product meets rigorous standards. Your energy and attention to detail will drive continuous improvement and help maintain a safe, productive environment where teamwork and safety are top priorities. Responsibilities Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly Conduct manual handling of heavy or bulky items, adhering to safety protocols for lifting and moving materials Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during assembly processes Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards in production environments Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance productivity and safety Skills Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards in production environments Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use hand tools effectively Experience operating power tools, and measuring instruments with proper certification if required Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques Ability to manage production or assembly teams, demonstrating leadership skills when necessary Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling best practices Technical proficiency in mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using manufacturing management systems Join us in creating quality products through energetic teamwork, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety. WIL Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
