Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Line Worker, where you'll be a vital part of the production process, ensuring high-quality assembly of products in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills, work with advanced tools and equipment, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Your energy and attention to detail will help us meet production goals while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately following detailed production documents and technical drawings Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and ensure products meet specifications Follow safety standards in production environments, supporting a safe and clean workspace Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and production documentation Mechanical knowledge and experience with mechanical assembly are highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and ability to work efficiently on an assembly line Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Must be able to speak and understand English This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in manufacturing while contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to quality and safety.
