Onsite Job Description The Assembler II will perform mechanical and measurement assembly operations on product components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. The role involves wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable assembly, bonding, potting, and fitting while following manufacturing procedures and blueprint specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical and measurement assembly operations on product components and sub-assemblies. Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable assembly, bonding, potting, and mechanical assembly. Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining required tolerances and blueprint specifications. Complete assigned manufacturing tasks according to schedules, policies, procedures, and work orders. Operate equipment used to manufacture parts and materials for ultrasound transducers. Complete work orders on schedule to maintain a consistent flow of finished products. Identify and report non-conforming materials and adverse manufacturing or equipment conditions. Accurately record labor time for work-order operations in the MRP system. Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and fixtures. Maintain 5S standards and participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement programs. Follow manufacturing documentation and established work-order activities. Demonstrate proficiency in at least one manufacturing area such as bonding, wiring, or potting. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of related experience. Lean manufacturing experience is a plus. Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills and literacy are a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse manufacturing team. Self-managed and highly organized with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
