Assembly Technician III

As an Assembler III, you will perform assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation activities that support production goals, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple production lines, utilize a variety of manufacturing systems and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do Assemble, install, rework, verify, test, and inspect mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly components according to documented procedures. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements. Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records in electronic systems. Monitor production schedules and achieve established build rates and cycle-time requirements. Utilize manufacturing software, electronic documentation systems, and other digital tools to support production activities. Participate in quality improvement, safety observation, and continuous improvement activities to support operational performance. Prepare products, cartons, and containers for domestic and international shipment according to established requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform setup, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks for assigned operations. What You Will Need Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years manufacturing experience Ability to work scheduled shifts and support overtime requirements, including weekends when needed. Role involves medium physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, prolonged standing and walking, and the use of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and test equipment $28.20 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
