Position Summary Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler role performs manufacturing, assembly, winding, inspection, and related production activities in accordance with documented procedures, work instructions, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions. This position is responsible for producing quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements while maintaining compliance with AS9100, applicable military standards, and company safety policies. Assemblers are expected to troubleshoot manufacturing issues within their level of responsibility, report problems appropriately, maintain accurate production documentation, ensure product identification and traceability, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Consistent attendance and dependable performance are essential to this position. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No manufacturing experience required
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and company procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Expected Hours:

Full-Time 40 hours weekly Third Shift

• Monday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and Fridays, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Hourly Wage \$17.

50 per hour plus monthly production bonus.
