The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment and has strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with manufacturing assembly is a plus. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working to improve assembly steps, and helping take innovative designs all the way to scalable production. The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds is a must. We're looking for a strong contributor who thrives as part of a team, communicates well with diverse groups, and is driven to make the company as successful as possible. Opportunities for internal promotion may be available after one year of employment for candidates who demonstrate strong capabilities.
Requirements:
High school diploma. Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and test procedures. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Familiarity with electrical safety, proper use of
PPE, OSHA
standards and all typical workplace safety guidelines. Previous assembly experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in building, assembling, and testing prototypes and production units. Perform diagnostic evaluations, test setups, data collection, and documentation. Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product or system issues. Maintain lab equipment, tools, and test fixtures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control. Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Perform shipping, supply organization, and inventory tracking duties.
