Spectra360 is seeking an experienced Assembler for a long-term opportunity with a stable and growing company. We are looking for a dependable candidate with a strong work history who has hands-on Assembly experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Schedule for Assembler Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime as needed Pay & Benefits for Assembler $18.00 per hour Possible pay increase after the probationary period Medical, dental, and vision benefits Responsibilities Assemble and prepare customer orders accurately according to work orders and customer requirements. Verify product quantities and ensure orders are complete and ready for delivery. Pick, stage, package, label, and shrink-wrap finished products for shipment. Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are maintained. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing products throughout the warehouse. Qualifications Previous assembly experience Ability to operate a riding pallet jack Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work until daily production is completed Lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods; warehouse duties may involve handling products up to approximately 50 lbs.
