Quality Control Trainee Pay:

$16.50/hr to start; increases to $18/hr once fully trained

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM-2:30 PM We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with packaging experience and strong leadership skills. You will begin as a Line Worker while training for approximately three months to transition into a Quality Control role. Responsibilities Work on the production line, packaging and inspecting products Follow production, packaging, and quality standards Train to perform quality checks and identify product or packaging defects Accurately complete paperwork and maintain production and quality records Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and assist with resolving issues Demonstrate leadership and support coworkers in meeting daily production goals Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures Requirements Previous packaging experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team Ability to complete paperwork clearly and accurately Willingness to learn and transition into Quality Control Dependable attendance and availability to work the listed schedule Please apply online if you are interested in this opportunity! #IND
