Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Responsibilities Shape and form leather uppers over shoe lasts (forms) to create the proper shape and fit Operate industrial footwear and production machinery after training Follow standard operating procedures and machine instructions Perform detailed, hands-on production work while maintaining consistent quality Inspect finished work to ensure products meet quality and production specifications Use measuring tools and follow written production instructions Cross-train in multiple manufacturing operations Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and good hand coordination Ability to learn and operate industrial machinery Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read and communicate in English, as machine instructions are provided in English Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hands-on work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
