Job Description

WSC Staffing is currently hiring Production Technicians for a growing automotive manufacturer in the Brighton area! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable full-time employment, overtime opportunities, hands-on training, and long-term career growth.

Shift Details:

1st shift: 6:45am to 3:15pm 2nd shift: 2:45pm to 11:15pm Full-Time Starting wage between $18.13-$18.88 based on shift Overtime available Time and a half after 40 hours Double time opportunities on Sundays after qualifying hours

Job Duties:

Operate assembly and production equipment Load lightweight materials into robotic machinery Inspect finished products for quality defects Package completed parts for shipment Maintain production rates and efficiency goals Follow all safety and quality procedures Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for entire shift Comfortable with repetitive work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and transportation Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

Work Environment:

Clean manufacturing facility Lightweight parts (typically under 3 lbs.) Non-climate-controlled environment Industrial and personal fans throughout the facility Relaxed dress code One earbud allowed while working
