Dashboard Assembler Schedule:
Monday-Friday; 5:00am-1:30pm Summary Description The Dashboard Assembler is responsible for assembling all dash components for the boats. This role supports production by ensuring dash consoles and related components are built accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards in accordance with the production schedule. Responsibilities Assemble dash consoles including steering helms, stereos, instrument panels, and related components Read and interpret production schedules to build parts in the correct sequence and quantities to support the assembly line Use small hand and power tools to assemble components safely and accurately Work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision Inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervision or management Promote teamwork, quality, and safety in all work areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including proper cleanup of tools and materials Qualifications
  • Basic electrical knowledge required, including understanding of wiring connections, polarity, and component installation
  • Ability to follow wiring diagrams, build sheets, and work instructions Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use small hand and power tools safely Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing and assembly environment
  • Position involves exposure to moderate noise levels from power tools, equipment, and surrounding operations
  • Appropriate PPE such as safety glasses may be required Physical Demands
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Frequent use of hands and arms for assembling components and handling tools
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40lbs, with or without assistance
  • Manual dexterity & hand eye coordination required
Pay:
$17.50
