Job Description

Aftermarket Warehouse - Assembly | Charlotte, MI (SV)Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $18.20 - 22.33What you'll do: As an Aftermarket Assembler, you will build and modify custom truck bodies and specialty components that help keep commercial and fleet vehicles running strong. You will work as an active member of our warehouse and assembly team, assembling high-quality aftermarket parts, installing truck accessories, and supporting timely fulfillment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Aftermarket Assembly:
Build, fit, and install specialized truck body components, kits, and accessories for the aftermarket repair and upgrade market.
Tool Operation:
Safely and effectively operate hand, air, and power tools, including drills, impact wrenches, rivet guns, and huck guns. Quality & Attention to
Detail:
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure proper part fit, alignment, and finish.
Warehouse Teamwork:
Rotate between different assembly stations as needed, maintain a clean and organized work area, and actively support 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
Material Handling:
Gather and stage required aftermarket parts and supplies. Assist teammates and other departments with material handling and other tasks when primary assembly responsibilities are complete.

What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 12 months of manufacturing or warehouseassembly experience (Automotive, RV, or marine/boat industries preferred).Valid driver's license required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter and exit truck cabs, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and standing.
