You will perform various repetitive bench or assembly operations to mass-produce products requiring precision using hand tools, microscope, small power tools, or soldering equipment.Monday-Thursday:
7:00AM-4:30PM and Fridays:
7:00AM-11:00AM Duties:
Builds product per build plan from room coordinator in preparation for shipping to customer. Communicates with the room coordinator on any orders or tasks that will not be met per the build plan as soon as possible. Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and makes setup and adjustments of machines. Trains new employees on work and safety procedures and conducts retraining and cross training per the room coordinator. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product to ensure our customers always receive an excellent product. Monitors and suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase manufacturing efficiency of team. Assists and supports co-workers in any department to confirm deliveries to our customers will be on time with quality that meets or exceeds their expectations. Informs room coordinator when available to assist in other work areas. Maintains time and production records and may input such data into the system. Participates in the annual department inventory and resolves inventory discrepancies on a daily basis. Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and small assembly experience. Experience working on objects involving finite detail or experience utilizing microscopes preferred!Pay:
