Full Job Description Assembler Location:
Dexter, MI Duration:
1-Year Contract Open Positions 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM•2:00
PM CST Pay:
$18.50/hour 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM•10:00
PM CST Pay:
$20.00/hour ($18.50 base + $1.50 shift differential) Training All new hires must complete 2 weeks of training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM•2:00 PM CST) before moving to their assigned shift. Job Duties Assemble small electronic and mechanical components. Follow written work instructions and diagrams. Use hand tools and assembly equipment. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Complete required documentation accurately. Qualifications Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work with small parts. Able to read and follow detailed instructions. Legible handwriting. No previous assembly experience required.
