PM Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Packer/Assembler to join our Packaging Department. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging signs primarily for the construction and restaurant industries. This includes loading and unloading parts (up to 45 lbs), and working with various hand tools and equipment to prepare finished products for shipment. You will also be cross-trained across different roles in the facility to promote flexibility and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and package sign components using hand tools and equipment such as: Drills, screwdrivers, belt sanders, hand files, staple guns, glue guns, and banders. Safely load and unload parts (up to 45 lbs) between workstations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Participate in cross-training to support multiple departments as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is required. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repetitively throughout the shift. Comfortable using hand tools; DIY or home improvement experience is a plus. Capable of standing for extended periods. Dependable with a strong attendance record. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
