Job Description

Join our innovative company as a builder and contributor to the creation and manufacturing of high-quality shelters. Our team values adaptability and collaboration, and we pride ourselves on our unique manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various parts of shelters, such as roofs and lights, using hand and power tools, and following detailed work instructions. Responsibilities Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures Assemble parts according to blueprint specifications Measure materials with a tape measure and comprehend print reading Report on problems with quality, equipment, and materials to Team Lead or Management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 1 year of experience with hand and power tools (required) 1 year of carpentry experience (required) Familiarity with saws, panel saws, nail guns, and packaging Ability to lift over 30 lbs., additional team lifts of over 50 lbs. Ability to perform basic computations using fractions Comprehension and execution of cut sheet instructions and blueprints Strong organization and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Able to work in a team environment with a diverse workforce Must follow all safety rules Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.)
Job Type:
Full-time Work Schedule:
Weekdays from 6am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime is possible on Saturdays.
Offered compensation:
$16/hr - $17/hr Experience and License Requirements (Valid) Drivers License (optional)
Carpentry:
1 year (Required)
Hand/Power Tools:
1 year (Required) High School Diploma or GED (optional) Manufacturing (optional)
