We're looking for Assembly Technicians at all experience levels to join our team in our Clean Room (Controlled Environment Area). Shift:
Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM-2:30 AM What You'll Do As an Assembly Technician, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision. Key Responsibilities Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes Perform tasks such as: Instrument assembly (various complexity levels) Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation Inspect and test completed products using precision tools Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Support material handling and inventory cycle counts Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards Career Levels & Growth Opportunities We hire across multiple skill levels, with clear paths for advancement: Assembly Technician I (Entry-Level) Learn core assembly processes Work on a limited range of products Ideal for those starting their manufacturing career Assembly Technician II (Intermediate) Take on more complex assembly tasks Operate laser etching and welding equipment Help train and support team members Assembly Technician III (Advanced) Master multiple assembly processes Cross-train across departments Serve as a mentor and team leader What You Bring Education & Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) required Manufacturing and/or similar experience preferred Skills & Strengths Strong attention to detail and quality focus Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset Ability to stay focused on repetitive, precision tasks Effective communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic Why EXALTA?
