Job Description

Job description: Tier 2 Automotive seating provider is in need of 1st shift Assemblers for their facility in Chesterfield.
Pay Rate:
$15.00/hour 1st
Shift:
7:00am - 3:30pm
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday; MUST be flexible to work Saturday and Sunday when needed.
Weekly Attendance Bonus:
$25-$75 No Drug Screen or Background check required Job Summary for
Assembler:
This position is in charge of performing tasks to assist in the production of parts and assemblies for Automotive Seating. Tasks assigned could range from building and sorting parts, using small power tools and lifting/stacking materials, to keep production flowing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for
Assembler:
Assemble items, package parts, label boxes, spraying glue, operating staple guns, press operator, sorting, and move material as instructed by a team leader or supervisor. Lift material, final product or items packed for shipment. Produce parts on assigned jobs at an established rate maintaining quality standards. Train and work in various areas in response with production needs. Responsible for maintaining work environment housekeeping- keeping it clean, safe and organized Wear ear plugs and safety glasses at all times on manufacturing floor. Regular Attendance required Follow all company rules and policies Participate in team building, continuous improvement, corrective action, and safety programs when required All other duties as assigned
Minimum Education, Skills and Experience:
High school graduate - GED or equivalent education and/or experience. Knowledge of basic mathematics and measurable techniques.
