Now Hiring:

Manufacturing Associate — School-Hours Shift! Minutemen Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates for a local sandal production company — a great fit for parents who want to work while the kids are in school!

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

Pay:

$17.00/hour, paid weekly

Job Duties:

Manufacture sandal components in a production environment Repair and resole outsoles, straps, and buckles Operate machinery safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and dependable Follows instructions and safety guidelines Previous assembly/manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
