Position Overview:

Dynamic Wood Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator to join our 2nd Shift team. This role focuses on the fabrication and assembly of laminate countertops and related components used in commercial and office environments. Candidates with assembly experience are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

Mon - Thursday, 2pm to 12:30am; Friday's from 2pm to 7pm (Production Volume Dependent)

Salary:

$18 - $22/hr. to start (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and fabricate laminate countertop components according to specifications Assemble countertop pieces using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Read and follow work orders, prints, and production instructions Verify completed work meets quality standards through required measurements and visual inspections Complete required documentation, including recording measurements, quality checks, and production data Take and submit photos of completed work as required to validate quality and specifications Use tablets or PCs to accurately record, store, and manage product photos and documentation Ensure all finished products meet company and customer standards prior to release Support production flow to meet daily and weekly output goals Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Assist in other areas of production as needed

Qualifications:

Previous fabrication, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred Assembly experience is a plus, but not required Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools Comfortable using tablets and/or computers for data entry, documentation, and photo uploads Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to accurately measure and document work Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset Preferred (Not Required): Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with laminate materials or woodworking processes Experience working in office furniture or similar industries

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
