Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Job Duties Assemble enclosures and related components according to work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment Inspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and quality Follow assembly processes, procedures, and production schedules Operate material handling equipment and machinery safely Participate in ongoing training and development programs Assist with other production-related duties as assigned Work overtime when required Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Case Assembler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
