Looking for Case Assembler jobs in Southfield where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectivelyStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishJob DutiesAssemble enclosures and related components according to work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipmentInspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and qualityFollow assembly processes, procedures, and production schedulesOperate material handling equipment and machinery safelyParticipate in ongoing training and development programsAssist with other production-related duties as assignedWork overtime when requiredPreferred QualificationsPrevious factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.

Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.

Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Case Assembler.

Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.

Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
