Assembly Technician

Changing dependance and demand for technology is creating a boom for Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers to build cooling and chilling units from components using schematics and tools like brazing equipment. You might be amazed at the technology used today that creates tremendous amounts of heat, like artificial intelligence (AI) for example. We have found that candidates with mechanical experiences, from mechanics to HVAC technicians and in-between, thrive on this shop floor. Units range from refrigerator to microwave size and are used to cool IT servers and portable X-Ray equipment. Responsibilities Read and comprehend technical instructions, drawings, and schematics. Gather all necessary materials and equipment before beginning assembly. Align and assemble materials to create more complex units. Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and functionality Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Skilled in using hand tools and small power equipment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus. Additional requirements Self-directed and able to work within a team environment Take responsibility for the assigned tasks

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
