Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures. Wire and terminate motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Perform continuity and insulation resistance testing to verify proper electrical connections. Assemble and install CNC control systems, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, within machine cabinets and enclosures. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements. Inspect completed electrical assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Accurately document completed work, testing results, and materials used. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all applicable electrical, mechanical, and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly (CNC or industrial equipment preferred). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers. Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and components is a plus. Proficiency with standard hand tools and electrical crimping, soldering, and stripping techniques.
