Bemidji, MN | Weekly Bonuses! Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers in Bemidji, MN. Join a well-established manufacturing team in producing top-quality building components for residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, teamwork, and seeing the results of their efforts come to life in the construction industry. This position offers a Monday - Friday, dayshift schedule with starting pay at $17.00/hour, plus enjoy a $100 bonus for each completed 40-hour work week! Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints Use hand and power tools to build and install components Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Operate forklift to move products Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools (training provided) Reliability and excellent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 40lbs) during the shift A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Previous forklift experience is preferredDON'T WAIT - APPLY TODAY WITH EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT!
