• Full-time Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Circuit Board Assembler to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing circuit boards to meet quality and production standards. This role requires precision, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a strong understanding of electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following schematics and work instructions. Solder components using hand tools, wave soldering, or reflow soldering techniques. Inspect and test assembled circuit boards for quality assurance. Identify and troubleshoot assembly or component issues. Operate manufacturing equipment such as pick-and-place machines and soldering stations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow safety procedures and quality control standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus). Previous experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Proficiency in hand soldering and using assembly tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components. IPC-A-610 or

J-STD-001

certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering. Familiarity with automated PCB assembly equipment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm
