Job Description

Job Description Celadon Systems Inc. is hiring a Micro Assembly Technician to support the production of high-performance semiconductor test equipment. This role requires strong microscope experience, excellent hand-eye coordination, and high manual dexterity to assemble and manipulate extremely small components with precision. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates experienced in micro-assembly, electronics assembly, or precision manufacturing who enjoy detailed, hands-on work in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities Perform precision assembly under a high-powered microscope Align and manipulate micro-scale components (wires, probes, and assemblies) to tight tolerances Bend and position probe needles in X, Y, and Z alignment Assemble cables, core assemblies, and custom components to specification Perform fine soldering of wires and PCB components Use digital measurement tools to verify alignment and planarity Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and procedures Maintain compliance with cleanroom standards and ISO quality systems Record production data using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Keep a clean and organized workstation Collaborate with engineering and production teams as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with very small parts and components Experience working under a microscope (preferred or required) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform repetitive, precision tasks consistently Preferred Experience Micro-assembly or electronics assembly experience Fine soldering skills (small wires / PCB work) Familiarity with measurement tools and digital readouts Experience in a cleanroom environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality systems Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Excel) Work Environment Cleanroom setting Extended periods working under a microscope Handling delicate electronic components
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
