Job Description

Emerson is hiring for Assembler Positions at our Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen locations - all positions include full benefits and competitive pay! In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of measurement instrumentation products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated good safety and quality efforts, this role is for you!

  • Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting Pay (based on experience): + $20.76-$24.35+ shift differential if applicable + 401K and Profit Sharing Retirement Plan + Medical, Dental and Vision insurance + Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Parental Leave and Holidays + Tuition Reimbursement
  • In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • + Assembling devices that are used for measurement in a wide range of industries + Performing a wide variety of tasks at a workstation, such as: hand soldering; brazing; making repairs; performing testing; and packaging of finished products + Participating in daily organization and cleanup of work area + Following safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision + Inspecting work to ensure total quality.

  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • + Solid work history showing a record of dependability + Must be 18 years of age + Authorized to work in the United States + Positions are contingent upon the passing of an aptitude assessment and pre-employment screening + Physical requirements + Must be able to stand for 80% of the shift + Be able to frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds + Communicate in English without an interpreter •

  • + Previous manufacturing assembly experience. + Previous Rosemount Inc. experience.

Shift Shakopee:

Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm 1st

Shift Chanhassen and Eden Prairie:

Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-2:30pm & Friday, 5:30am-12:00pm 2nd

Shift Shakopee, Chanhassen & Eden Prairie:

Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:30am

Weekend Shift Shakopee:

Friday-Sunday, 5:30am-6:00pm

Our compensation philosophy is simple:

we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $42,000-50,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
