Experience Requirements 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Job Duties Assemble products according to customer requirements and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Plan assembly procedures using established processes and experience Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain production standards and meet scheduling requirements Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized
