Seasonal Powersports Production Assembler Thief River Falls, MN | $19.00/

Hour Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Overtime:

Fridays may be available based on production needs

Seasonal Assignment:

September 2026 through December 30, 2026 Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable Seasonal Production Assemblers to join a busy powersports manufacturing operation in Thief River Falls. This position offers consistent full-time hours on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule , giving you a 3-day weekend each week. What You'll Do As part of the production team, you will: Build and assemble components according to blueprints and work instructions Check parts and completed products for quality and accuracy Work with tape measures, calipers, gauges, fixtures, and other measuring tools Complete various production and assembly line tasks Help with basic equipment setup and minor machine adjustments Keep your workstation clean and organized Follow established safety procedures and production requirements What We're Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Able to understand and follow written instructions or blueprints Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment Dependable attendance and attention to detail Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening THC use does not disqualify candidates Requirements for the Job This position requires the ability to: Regularly lift up to 35 pounds Remain standing and working on concrete floors throughout a 10-hour shift Perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and lifting Wear steel-toed shoes Why Consider This Opportunity? $19/hour Full-time seasonal hours Monday-Thursday schedule 3-day weekends Potential Friday overtime No previous manufacturing experience required Ready to get started?
