Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler to perform precision assembly operations and help ensure finished products meet customer, quality, and production requirements. This position is responsible for identifying components, performing assembly processes such as match drilling, sealing, riveting, and ink stamping, inspecting completed work, and packaging finished product. Work is performed under supervision and requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and verify components required for assembly.
- Perform match drilling and related assembly operations as required.
- Apply sealants in accordance with job requirements and established procedures.
- Perform riveting and other fastening operations.
- Apply ink stamps and product identification markings as required.
- Inspect assembled components and finished product for workmanship and conformance to requirements.
- Package finished product to protect quality and prepare items for shipment or the next operation.
- Use hand tools, razor blades, tape, sealants, and other assembly tools and materials safely and appropriately.
- Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and established safety practices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Work cooperatively with team members and communicate questions or quality concerns to supervision.
- Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of varied manufacturing experience preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and basic technical capabilities.
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Initiative and a strong teamwork orientation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and follow established procedures.

Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
