A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.
This position is responsible for performing assembly procedures while maintaining consistent quality and production standards. Team members will assemble components according to established work instructions, inspect completed parts for accuracy, and help ensure a safe and efficient production process.
What You'll Be Doing:
Intermediate assembly with more variability and complexity of products. Meets or exceeds productivity standards Works independently and efficiently manages time Participates in continuous improvement programs. Ensure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Functions effectively in a fast paced, diverse, team environment.
