Production Manager SUMMARY:
Fabricates, assembles, and installs electrical wiring and specified components in control panels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Determines project requirements, including scope, appropriate assembly sequences, and required methods and materials in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions. Lays out, measures, and marks dimensions and reference lines on material, according to drawings or templates. Sets up and operates EPG Companies fabricating machines. Lays out and examines metal stock or workpieces to be processed to ensure that specifications are met. Effective selection of gauges and/or tools required for metal or nonmetallic materials, according to product specifications. Drills and punches holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets. Maintains equipment in good working order
- make repairs or modifications when necessary and authorized.
Communicate with other departments in the company. Maintain clean work area and follows all safety precautions & procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Desired three years in an electro-mechanical related industry. Excellent eye-hand coordination. Good verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and mathematical skills. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Time management skills. Complex problem-solving skills. Test/Quality control requirements and analysis. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Continually required to stand and walk. Continually work near moving mechanical parts. Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. Occasionally required to sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds/ up to 25 pounds/ up to 50 pounds/ more than 50 pounds. Frequent loud noise.

From $22.00 per hour
