We proudly operate under renowned brands. Responsibilities Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts. Follow established procedures in a team environment. Essential Skills 6+ months of general production and general labor skills. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with assembly, assembly line, and assembly drawing. Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work requires occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, excellent hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Employees should be prepared for consistent walking, bending, and repetitive motions. The work area can be noisy. Hours are 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with plans to work on Fridays as well. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
