Floor Assembler Job Description We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help assemble and inspect a variety of products while following established production processes and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines Required Qualifications At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction At least 6 months of experience using hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Ability to read assembly drawings, blueprints, or work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
