Job Title:
General Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will have the opportunity to work in one of two essential roles: a stacker or a builder. As a stacker, your primary task will be stacking lumber coming off a conveyor belt onto pallets, marking the start of the production process. As a builder, you will construct boxes according to customer orders, which will vary in size. This role requires the ability to read work orders, understand dimensions, and use both hand and power tools effectively. Responsibilities Stack lumber onto pallets from a conveyor belt. Read and understand work orders to build boxes as per customer specifications. Use hand and power tools to carry out production tasks. Accurately measure dimensions using a tape measure. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret tape measures. Experience in reading and executing work orders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience. At least 6 months of experience using a tape measure. 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofOWATONNA, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
