Job Title:
Assembler (2nd Shift) Job Description We are seeking an Assembler I to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling small electronic and sensor components, flexible circuits, heaters, and other precision products utilized in a variety of fields such as medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to learn, as no prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities Assemble small electronic and sensor components and other precision products. Work with flexible circuits and heaters. Follow detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality assembly. Use small hand tools to work with delicate electronic components. Maintain focus and produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform repetitive tasks with strong hand-eye coordination. Essential Skills Detail-oriented and dependable. Strong hand-eye coordination. Ability to work with small parts. Comfortable using small hand tools. Strong communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic soldering experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and processes. Commitment to quality and safety. Why Work Here? The work involves hands-on tasks using small hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers a structured schedule with a focus on quality and safety. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
