Day:

Enjoy the day-to-day variety of rotating through various aspects of production processes and assisting in all departments as needed. You will work alongside experienced members of the team, including machine operators, expanding your skills and knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and mechanical tasks to build products and components Rotate through various production tasks and adapt to different workstations as needed Utilize pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics to support assembly and troubleshooting Conduct quality inspections on products and parts to ensure standards are met Collaborate with team members to assemble complete products or subassemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Accurately use a tape measure to ensure precise dimensions and specifications Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs safely Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues Work effectively in a team-oriented environment Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational practices Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly at all times Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality Work overtime as required to meet production goals About the
