Job Description

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, dimensional drawings, and shop documentation to accurately assemble equipment and update documentation as needed throughout the assembly process. Install purchased components, sub-assemblies, drive systems, and pulleys before and after the paint process. Safely operate shop equipment including ironworkers, band saws, drill presses, Jancy drills, cutting torches, forklifts, and overhead cranes while following all safety procedures and certification requirements. Perform operational test runs on completed equipment to verify quality, functionality, and readiness for shipment. Support production and assembly operations by maintaining a safe and organized work area and assisting with additional duties as assigned. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $20-24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Day Shift 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Able to read blueprints Read 1/8" , 1/16", and 1/32" gradations on tape measure Convert feet to inches and vice versa Mechanical ability is helpful
