Job Description
Join the Remco Industries Team! Remco Industries is looking for a dependable and motivated Assembler to join our warehouse assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing and assembly work. We provide training and are willing to teach the right candidate. As an Assembler, you will help assemble products according to production orders while maintaining quality and safety standards in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Read and understand production orders, including part numbers, quantities, and assembly instructions Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards Operate basic assembly stations and assembly equipment Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment safely and effectively Inspect and test assembled products for quality and identify defects Complete production records accurately Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of general work experience Ability to learn assembly processes, tools, and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, and lifting Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels Apply Today If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you!
