A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.
As an Assembler, you will be involved in a wide variety of production tasks including hand-crafting custom in-ear monitors, filling and packaging silicone impression materials, and other production duties that support making our range of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, dexterity, and a passion for audio excellence.
Assembler Job Responsibilities:
Carefully assemble IEM components by hand, including drivers, receivers, filters, and cables, ensuring precise placement and alignment Perform delicate soldering tasks to connect wires and components, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability Conduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of assembly to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies Work with custom ear impressions and specifications to create IEMs that perfectly fit the customer's ear canal Apply finishing touches, such as polishing, labeling, and packaging, to prepare the IEMs for delivery Dispense bulk impression and hearing protection materials into cartridges Label and package customer orders for shipment Identify and resolve any assembly or technical issues that may arise during the production process Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders Perform other production-related duties as needed
