Assembler Job Description We specialize in manufacturing cutting-edge, best-in-class fitness products for commercial facilities and home use. Our innovative range includes cardio, strength, and group training products such as treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, rowers, and weight training equipment. This role involves building and inspecting these products while adhering to established procedures within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts. Follow established procedures in a team environment. Essential Skills 6+ months of general production and general labor skills. Basic math skills (addition & subtraction). 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic math skills. Proficiency in using assembly line and drawing tools. Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position requires the ability to lift 35 lbs. occasionally, as well as excellent hand/eye coordination. You must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and work in a noisy environment. Work hours are from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential work on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
