- Join our team in manufacturing cutting-edge, best-in-class fitness products suitable for both commercial facilities and home use. Our innovative range includes cardio, strength, and group training products such as treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, rowers, and weight and group training equipment. - Responsibilities
- + Build and inspect company products by working with units or parts. + Follow established procedures in a team environment.
- Essential Skills
- + 6+ months of general production and general labor skills. + Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. + 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools. + Mechanically inclined.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience with assembly, assembly line, and assembly drawing. + Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.

- Work Environment
- Work requires occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs, excellent hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Employees should be prepared for consistent walking, bending, and repetitive motions. The work area can be noisy. Hours are 7:30 PM
- 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with plans to work on Fridays as well.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.75
- $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
