Red Wing, MN General Summary:

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with 3M in Red Wing to hire Assemblers on all shifts. This opportunity offers a clean, climate‑controlled environment where you will help build life‑saving safety equipment used around the world. No experience is required, you will receive full, hands‑on training and join a supportive team.

Available Schedules:

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Friday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm 3rd Shift Tuesday-Friday | 8:30pm-7:00am

Job Duties:

Read and follow simple blueprints Assemble and fasten parts Sew components as needed Perform quality checks to ensure product standards Use small tools and equipment Rotate between tasks throughout the shift Participate in team-based production activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Ability to stand and move for the full shift Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs At least 6 months of prior work history (any industry) Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment Strong reliability and attendance
