Are you looking for a steady Monday-Friday job where you can work with your hands, build things, and put your skills to work? We're currently hiring for two great assembly opportunities in the Twin Cities area. Whether you have experience with mechanical assembly and soldering or you're looking for a hands-on manufacturing/warehouse position, we may have an opportunity for you!
ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
ROSEVILLE, MN
  • $19-$20/hour
  • Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

We're looking for an Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building quality products. You'll work with tools, follow blueprints and diagrams, perform soldering, inspect finished products, and troubleshoot or rework equipment when needed.
What You'll Do:
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions. Assemble equipment and products according to specifications. Use handheld tools such as screw guns and drills. Perform soldering and other assembly tasks. Perform quality checks and identify product defects. Rework or repair products according to engineering specifications. Maintain inventory at your workstation. Follow safety and quality procedures. Keep your work area clean and organized.
What You'll Need:
1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred. At least a few months of soldering experience required. Ability to read and follow basic instructions. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving skills. Self-motivation and reliability. Technical or vocational training is a plus. May be required to pass a ruler test.
ASSEMBLER
ARDEN HILLS, MN
  • $21/hour
  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • First Shift
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs Hands-On Work.
Steady Schedule. Great Opportunity. If you enjoy working with your hands and want a consistent first-shift Monday-Friday schedule , this could be a great fit. As an Assembler, you'll put together hose assemblies, kits, and sub-assemblies while making sure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Assemble, clean, tag, and mark hose assemblies. Assemble kits, sub-assemblies, and other products. Prepare completed products for shipping. Locate hose and coupling inventory in warehouse locations. Perform general warehouse duties as needed. Follow quality and safety standards. Maintain an organized and productive work area.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required. Industrial arts or technical education is a plus. 1+ year of industrial assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Hose assembly experience is highly desired. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and able to work as part of a team. Pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check required.
