Job Duties Manufacture commercial cabinets (casework), countertops (laminate and solid surface), die walls, and retail fixtures. Work with manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, routers, etc. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices. Ability to identify wood types, plastics, and acrylics. Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks onto cabinets. Highly motivated and focused. Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial. Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
