Industrial Rig Assembly Technician (Construction Experience Required)

Our company is a rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution company located in Eagan, MN. We are currently in search of an initiative-taking individual to join our Rig assembly team. This individual should have experience in construction and assemblies with a background in safe use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform various manufacturing tasks, including carpentry, flooring installation, panel wall installation, and trim work. Construct and install interior dividing walls. Install various equipment in accordance with drawings such as electric appliances, heaters, A/C units, etc. Measure, cut and install air lines in accordance with drawings and instructions. Perform other construction and installation related tasks as directed.

Skills / Qualifications

Must have transportation to and from work. Experience in the safe use of common construction power and hand tools and measuring devices. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects continually throughout the day. This is physically demanding work. Rig Assembly Technicians must be able to work in tight places or in high places from ladders or scaffolding. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Climb ladders and scaffolding repeatedly. Frequently bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees Detail oriented Must be able to work independently or with a team member.
