In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and systems using a variety of tools and technical drawings. Your expertise will ensure that products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently, supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our production processes. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and production documents. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment to perform precise assembly tasks. Interpret technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly procedures. Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Conduct quality checks during assembly using shop math and measuring instruments to maintain product standards. Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling manual and mechanical tools safely. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Qualifications Proven experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math for precision work. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, soldering, and the use of power tools. Ability to read schematics, production documents, and technical drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with pneumatic tools, specialized industrial tools, and manual handling techniques. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembling small or complex parts. Basic understanding of shop safety procedures and proper PPE use is required.
